Forever fit, Forever Strong Teens
SEAL
SEAL want to work with local youth groups to provide fun, free fitness classes to local young people.
​
Exercise is shown to reduce stress and improve wellbeing and SEAL want to bring these classes to local teens to help them rebuild their health and fitness and friendships after the last two years of restrictions and isolation.

This idea would bring a Community Magazine to the area. The Magazine would be written, edited, designed and produced by local people.

The Magazine would tell the stories of local residents, groups and organisations and help people find out more about our community and stay connected to all of the great things the Gorbals has to offer.
