Gorbals Grows is a new community growing project that aims to transform unused and vacant spaces across our area.

What began as an idea from local residents Lisa Gillen and Jackie Stockdale has now taken root, thanks to £10,000 in funding from the Gorbals Ideas Fund, awarded by the community in 2022.

 

The project is creating outdoor spaces for relaxation, planting, and growing herbs, food, and flowers.

This initiative is open to everyone—whether you're an experienced gardener or someone keen to learn more about green spaces. We’d love to hear your thoughts!
